Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a HR Assistant to join our client in Glendale Heights, IL. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the completion of required new hire paperwork. Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Ranging from $24 - $26/hour, paid weekly
- 1st shift: 7am - 3:30pm
- Located in Glendale Heights, IL
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain organized employee files and HR documentation
- Securely manage confidential employee information
- Audit files periodically for completeness accuracy
- Assist employees with Paylocity navigation and troubleshooting
- Serve as first point of contact for Paylocity related questions
- Coordinate with temp agencies to fulfill staffing needs
- Communicate requirements to agencies and production supervisors
- Track temp employee attendance and performance
- Facilitate conversation of qualified temp employees to permanent staff
- Support recruitment efforts as needed
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Perform general administrative duties
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associates degree preferred
- Bilingual Spanish required
- 1-2 years of HR administrative experience or higher-level admin experience
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (Paylocity experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
