Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Maintenance Industrial Electrician to join our client in Miami, FL. This individual will be responsible for maintaining all converting and corrugating equipment to minimize downtime. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $30 to $38/hour, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
3rd Shift: 11 pm to 7 am
Located in Miami, FL
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining all converting and corrugating equipment to minimize downtime
Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment
Performs preventive and routine maintenance tasks
Diagnose and solve problems, reestablishing the functionality of machines and equipment in breakdown condition
Check the proper operation of equipment and systems
Demonstrate ability to troubleshoot programmable controllers and troubleshoot and repair all A/C and D/C drives and their control systems use
Demonstrate ability to use all aspects of the maintenance software program
Follow up all work to ensure repairs and work are performed properly
Maximize the utilization of equipment by maintaining the machinery to run at available capacity and speed
Complete all paperwork neatly, correctly, and according to Company guidelines
Willingly work all necessary hours and shifts
Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping in work areas
Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 3 years Industrial Maintenance experience with PLCs, conveyors, controls, and Operating Systems
Electrical experience, AC and DC
Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical drawings
Proven track record of strong electrical troubleshooting
Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
Must be able to stand, kneel, crouch, crawl, sit, stoop, and bend
Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed
Must be authorized to work in the U.S
Knowledge of DOS, Windows XP, Windows NT
