Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $55,000 to $60,000/yearly, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
1st shift schedule, Monday through Friday
Located in Cincinnati, OH
Duties and Responsibilities
Developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan that supports company business objectives and sales targets
Coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across several channels including digital, social, print media, and more
Creating and managing digital and social media content, including publishing blogs and social media posts
Assisting with the production of marketing collateral, such as product brochures, flyers, and presentations
Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities and assess customer needs
Coordinating and executing email marketing campaigns, including creating email templates, managing email lists, and more
Planning and coordinating trade shows, conferences, and other events
Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors, partners, and media outlets
Tracking and analyzing marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing initiatives align with product development and sales
Occasional travel to trade shows and offsite shoots is required
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a marketing discipline is preferred
Previous experience in a marketing-related position is required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Very strong sense of creativity and unique problem-solving skills
Strong design abilities and software experience
