HIRING IMMEDIATELY: ORDER BUILDER IN NORTH LAS VEGAS, NV
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Order Builder to join our client in North Las Vegas, NV. This individual will be responsible for manually unloading inbound shipping containers and trailers. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in manual unloading of shipping containers, building pallets, and operating stand-up and sit down forklifts. Pay, Schedule, Location
- Starting at $18/hour, paid weekly (overtime as needed)
- 1st shift: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
- Located in North Las Vegas, NV
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manually unload inbound shipping containers and trailers
- Build and wrap pallets according to order and shipping specifications
- Pull orders accurately using RF scanners or paper pick tickets
- Operate stand-up forklifts and sit down forklifts safely and efficiently
- Label, stage, and prepare outbound shipments
- Follow all company safety procedures and protocols
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed
- Other general warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
- Must be open to working outside in the heat, unloading containers
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, including manual unloading and pallet building
- Forklift certification or verifiable experience operating stand-up and sit down forklifts
- Comfortable working in outdoor/non-climate-controlled environments
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stay active throughout the shift
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Must have OWN reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Ability to read and interpret a tape measure
- Good attendance and punctuality record
- Previous experience unloading containers in a high-volume warehouse
- Experience with RF scanners and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) OSHA forklift certification (preferred but not required)
- Ability to pass a drug and background test
