Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Production Scheduling Assistant to join our client in Hazleton, PA. This individual will be responsible for a variety of clerical tasks involved with production reports, inventory records, and maintaining the accuracy of data. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $17/hour, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3 pm
Located in Hazleton, PA
Duties and Responsibilities
Count pallet tags by product number, total and compare to production paperwork for verification.
Investigate differences and correct paperwork accordingly.
Compile number of each component produced based on production paperwork
Verify accuracy and enter daily production results into internal system
Enter daily production results
Print out discrepancy reports comparing production results with warehouse scanned quantities
Analyze differences, determine causes
Notify proper personnel to make corrections with discrepancies
Prepare production schedule paperwork
Requirements and Qualifications
High School graduate or equivalent
Two years previous clerical experience in a production environment or significant equivalent experience with paperwork
Working knowledge of inventory systems
Good oral, written and presentation skills, including documenting and developing good system tools
Computer skills to include hardware and Microsoft software to include Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
Must be able to work with large groups of employees
