Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Receiving Office Clerk to join our client in Lacey, WA. This individual will be responsible for producing documents used to support the shipping and receiving processes of the warehouse. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to perform the record keeping and data entry functions needed to complete the shipping and receiving processes. Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $16.66/hour, paid weekly
- Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
- 7 am - 3:30 pm
- Located in Lacey, WA
Duties and Responsibilities
- Schedule all appointments for delivery giving the carrier a confirmation number
- Check in and out drivers as they arrive and record the arrival time and use the departure scheduling system
- Verify confirmation number and purchase order numbers
- Obtain drivers signature on the driver’s log and paperwork
- Prepare all of the shipping and receiving documents
- Complete data entry functions in order to properly ship and receive product
- Obtain approval from the supervisor for all late, early, unexpected arrivals prior to accepting the load
- Collect payment for unloading trailers, write receipts, and verify the checks
- Ensure that the check and the receipt are filled out completely
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and relevant certifications
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work varied schedule including weekend and early morning shifts
- Strong commitment to Customer Service
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and meet deadlines
