Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Receiving Clerk to join our client in Ruther Glen, VA. This individual will be responsible for receiving all products in a timely manner and making sure all information entered into our system is accurate. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $15/hour, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
Overnight, 3rd shift schedule
Located in Ruther Glen, VA
Duties and Responsibilities
Count, verify, and confirm delivery shipments and use by dates
Open up the case and verify the product and use by date
Scan the product and enter pallet counts and quantity in GOLD
Affix pallets identification labels on pallets of product
Report any product discrepancies, damages, and variances to the lead or supervisor
Troubleshoot and problem-solving
Operate a cart moving from various locations in the warehouse
Follow instructions for safely operating equipment
Have a strong knowledge of the operator's manual
Maintain a clean, neat, organized work area at all times
Other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
Must be able to work overnight shift schedule
High school diploma or equivalent and relevant certifications and experience
Must be certified and able to operate Electric pallet jack, Forklift, Reach
Ability to work independently with a strong commitment to SAFETY
Ability to pay close attention to detail, meet deadlines, and work with difficult individuals or task assignments
Relate to other people beyond giving and receiving instructions
Must get along with co-workers without exhibiting behavioral extremes
Perform work activities requiring reasoning, negotiating, instructing, persuading, or speaking with others; and respond appropriately to criticism from a supervisor
Knowledge of warehouse operations
Good communication skills
Detail-oriented and excellent people skills
