This individual will be responsible for assisting with sales operations, account coordination, and communication with key customers while proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships and expand sales. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Commission pay

  • 8am to 5pm or 7:30am to 4:30pm
  • Located in Blue Ash, Ohio
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support the VP of Sales and broader Bulk Sales team with customer quotes, contract updates, and order management
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order status, and follow-up actions
  • Engage directly with customers (as trained and assigned) to provide updates, confirm details, or discuss new opportunities
  • Partner with the DOWNLITE China office to generate and distribute monthly contract reports to customers
  • Track order changes, pricing updates, and delivery schedules to ensure alignment between production and customer expectations
  • Assist in identifying sales trends and opportunities within existing accounts
  • Prepare preliminary pricing, proposals, and samples for potential new business
  • Participate in customer calls or meetings alongside senior sales team members
  • Prepare Customer Performance Reviews and Quarterly Business Summaries
  • Align outreach efforts, sampling campaigns, and promotional content with current marketing efforts and available materials
  • Assist with product entry and updates within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency of product data, ensuring records are current and accessible
  • Help create and update sales presentations, marketing decks, and customer communication materials in Microsoft Power Point
  • Maintain and update the digital file library for customer presentations and reports
  • Track and organize inventory for sales and marketing materials, including sample kits, hangtags, and other materials
  • Support event logistics, including booth preparation, material shipment, and follow-up communications
  • Attend select trade shows or customer meetings (as assigned) to gain exposure to customer interactions and industry trends
  • Assist in planning and coordinating customer visits, including travel, hospitality, and agenda development
  • Ensure a professional and engaging experience for all visiting partners
  • Participate in internal meetings and assist with agenda preparation and note-taking
  • Be cross-trained to provide backup support across sales functions as needed
  • Work closely with operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or account coordination (B2B preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for building relationships.
  • Demonstrated organizational ability and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and shared drive/cloud-based systems.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photo Shop a plus.
  • A proactive learner with interest in developing into a full sales or account management role.
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset and willingness to take initiative.
  • College Degree preferred
