This individual will be responsible for tasks such as entering customer part numbers, supplier information, and other data into the customer inventory management system with 100% accuracy. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $19 to $22/hour, paid weekly

Located in Romeoville, IL
Duties and Responsibilities
Enter customer part numbers, supplier information, and other data into the customer inventory management system with 100% accuracy
Data entry administrative functions in established computer programs.
Prepares bills of lading; checks items to be shipped against work orders to ascertain that quantities, destination, and routing are correct.
Dispatch orders and provide tags for customer part selection.
Liaises with drivers, material handler(s), coordinators, and managers about product ordering and storage.
Process claims for misdirected parts and use the customer system to update claim information.
Conduct quality control checks for supplier compliance.
Requirements and Qualifications
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.
Experience with Microsoft Office
Clerical or data entry experience
