Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Shipping Inventory Clerk to join our client in Cincinnati, OH. This individual will be responsible for building pallets, as well banding, shrinking, wrapping, and preparing LTL parcels for shipment. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $18/hour, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
1st shift schedule, Monday through Friday
Located in Cincinnati, OH
Duties and Responsibilities
Review pick lists & ensure all the proper items have been pulled and properly packaged
Build pallets, band/shrink wrap/prepare LTL parcels for shipment
Measure, weigh, and photographically document LTL parcels so that shipping costs can be accurately quoted and billed
Perform a variety of job functions and work on your feet in a non-climate-controlled environment
Assist with occasional inventory cycle counts
Operate a forklift and / or PIT equipment
Requirements and Qualifications
Prior order picking experience (Industrial Equipment, Hardware, or Auto Parts picking experience preferred)
Physical capability to lift 70 pounds
Must be detail oriented and committed to accuracy
Proficient in the use of saws and nail guns
Prior knowledge or use of Freight Quoting Software
Being a self-starter who is able to demonstrate the ability to work independently
