Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Sit Down Forklift Operator to join our client in Decatur, GA. This individual will be responsible for the operation of a forklift and moving materials around the facility using pallets / crates. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $18.75/hour, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
1st shift, Tuesday through Saturday
2nd shift, Sunday through Thursday
Located in Decatur, GA
Duties and Responsibilities
Pick, pack, check, and load products accurately on/off trailers and to/from designated areas of the facility
Product boxing and labeling for distribution
Operate a forklift and move materials around the facility using pallets/crates
Loading and unloading materials onto trucks using a forklift for shipping.
Push and pull material carts and wheelbarrows
Classification and packaging of material for delivery
Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
6 months to 1 year of sit-down forklift experience
Experience working with heavy machinery
Strong abilities in mechanical testing and implementation
Ability to handle heavy equipment and perform heavy lifting on a consistent basis
Safety rules and regulations need to be followed at all times
