Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Warehouse IT Systems Support Technician to join our client in Lacey, WA. This individual will be responsible for monitoring and resolving IT support emails and phone inquiries, as well as setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting mobile phones, desktops, and laptops. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $19/hour, paid weekly
  • Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
  • 2nd and 3rd shift schedules
  • Located in Lacey, WA
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Monitor and resolve IT support emails and phone inquiries
  • Setup, maintain, and troubleshoot mobile phones, desktops, and laptops
  • Install operating systems and user applications
  • Perform data recovery and routine maintenance
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and implement anti-virus solutions
  • Configure and troubleshoot various printer types (laser, thermal, impact)
  • Resolve mobile device and Microsoft embedded OS issues
  • Setup and manage network devices and infrastructure
  • Process IT requests including:
  • Creating/editing user accounts (domain, warehouse software)
  • Relocating users and equipment
  • Managing folder permissions and shared access
  • Maintain updated equipment inventory and clean, organized workspaces
  • Perform other IT and support duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED; relevant certifications preferred
  • Professional IT experience required
  • Willingness to work weekends and overnight shifts
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact across all levels of the organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
  • Experience in warehouse operations is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exposure to varied temperatures, including freezer environments (-20°F)
  • Frequent interaction with heavy equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Fast-paced, physically demanding environment
