Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $18 to $23/hour, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
Monday through Friday, 8:15 am to 4:45 pm
Located in Fort Lauderdale, FL
Duties and Responsibilities
Computing, classifying, and recording numerical data to keep financial records complete
Ensures that accounts payable and financial obligations are met
Setting up accounts with all new vendors
Matching purchase orders to invoices
Coding invoices and reconciling accounts
Processing payments to various vendors and platforms
Assist with other accounting duties as needed
Requirements and Qualifications
Good command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook [E-mail]
Operate 10-key calculator, keyboard, Copy machines, and telephone
Knowledge of Business Accounting or (ERP) Enterprise Resource Planning software
Payment of invoices, reconciling or note and report discrepancies found in records
Communication and Organizational skills
Following instructions (written and verbal) is necessary
