Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Fishers, Indiana. This individual will be responsible for supervising warehouse staff, ensuring productivity, safety, and accuracy across all warehouse functions. Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $31.50/hour
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday
- Located in Fishers, Indiana
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, picking, packing, and inventory control
- Lead, coach, and motivate warehouse associates to meet productivity and quality goals
- Plan daily work assignments and support staffing and scheduling needs for 1st shift operations
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards, company policies, and SOPs
- Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts and audits
- Communicate with management and cross-functional teams to support customer requirements
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
- Assist with training, onboarding, and performance management of warehouse employees
- Oversee the safe use of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners
Requirements and Qualifications
- Prior warehouse or distribution experience required (3PL experience preferred)
- Previous supervisory or lead experience in a warehouse environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse setting
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with WMS systems preferred
- Forklift experience or certification a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Schedule & Work Environment
- 1st shift schedule; flexibility for overtime as business needs require
- Warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures
