HIRING IMMEDIATELY: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT IN WOODRIDGE, IL

This individual will be responsible for tracking, processing, and filing account payables, as well as maintaining the inventory of office supplies as needed. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $21.50/hour, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
1st shift schedule: Monday through Friday, 5 am to 1 pm
Located in Woodridge, IL
Duties and Responsibilities
Track, process & file account payables.
Maintain inventory of office supplies as needed.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for customers and the internal management team.
Office tasks such as ordering lunch, greeting visitors, issuing security badges, and assisting management team with projects.
Acts as liaison between warehouse personnel and customers.
Resolves problems as they occur and ensures that accurate and complete information is conveyed to all concerned.
Works with management to ensure proper supply levels are maintained.
Requirements and Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of three (3) years customer service in the distribution and logistics industry is a plus.
Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be advanced in data entry.
Advanced spreadsheet skills required.
Must possess an elevated level of skills to manage and resolve EDI issues.
Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions, to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions
Ability to write legibly.
