Pay, Schedule, Location
  • $65,000 - $70,000
  • 8am start time until work is completed
  • Location in Nazareth, PA
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Works closely with the DC Manager to oversee inventory control, production flow, staff supervision, and the use of technology systems to improve accuracy and productivity
  • Assist in managing and directing daily operations within the distribution center, including receiving, storage, manufacturing, and shipping
  • Supervise and support team leads and staff to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to company policies
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP, FDA), OSHA standards, and WCD safety protocols
  • Coordinate and maintain accurate inventory management processes using warehouse and ERP systems
  • Support the DC Manager in planning labor needs, scheduling shifts, and ensuring adequate staffing
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve accuracy, productivity, and efficiency
  • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to optimize the use of warehouse management software (WMS) and computer-based systems. Identify and recommend process improvements for receiving, production, storage, and distribution areas
  • Ensure proper training and development of warehouse and production personnel
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with company standards
  • Act as a backup to the DC Manager in their absence, ensuring smooth daily operations and communication with management
  • Support company initiatives, projects, and audits related to food safety, inventory accuracy, and operational compliance
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a
  • related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, food distribution, or manufacturing operations; leadership or supervisory experience required
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory management systems (WMS/ERP)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer-based reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, FDA) and OSHA regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities with attention to detail
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
  • Must be able to work standing up or sitting down for long periods of time. Must be able to traverse and access all areas of a warehouse environment
  • Must be able to work in a Distribution Center environment with a variation of temperatures
