Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a CNC Setup and Operator to join our client in Plainville, CT. This individual will be responsible for setting up and operating toolroom machines, as well as inspecting parts for quality. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $18 to $19/hour, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
Monday through Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm
Located in Plainville, CT
Duties and Requirements
Mechanical aptitude and experience setting up and operating CNC lathe and milling machines
Must possess good math skills, able to read blueprints and mechanical drawings
Requires ability to read and edit CNC Programs
Position requires incumbent to inspect parts with basic measuring devices (caliper, micrometer)
Verbal & written communication skills, attention to detail
Experience with setting up and operating toolroom machines
Understand & apply shop mathematics
Possess basic mechanical aptitude in troubleshooting CNC machines
Ability to use a computer
Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
Physical ability to stand, walk, lift/carry up to 50 pounds
