Pay, Schedule, Location
- Starting at $25 - $37/hourly, BOE
- Excellent benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
- 7 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday
- Location in Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Duties and Responsibilities
- Install and service automated shelving and custom storage solutions using a variety of carpentry hand and power tools
- Perform finish carpentry tasks including precision cutting, measuring, fitting, and installing wood, laminate, and composite materials
- Read and interpret blueprints or schematics to ensure accurate installations
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members, providing clear documentation of completed work
- Follow manufacturer guidelines and complete required certified training programs
- Work independently or collaboratively with a team to complete projects on time and with exceptional quality
- Occasional overnight travel may be required but is infrequent
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or technical school certification required
- 2+ years of experience in finish carpentry, cabinetry, or custom millwork installations
- Prior experience in trades such as HVAC or general installation is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Basic computer skills for work documentation and communication
- Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and work ethic
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Professional demeanor with clear verbal and written communication skills
