Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Houston, Texas. This individual will be responsible for developing customer service objectives to meet customer expectations for products, services, and long-term partnerships, and assisting in directing sales and business functions for their dedicated branch and other branches. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business ethics, the ability to learn all Lamons’ and competing products, three years of previous Sales or Customer Service experience, and many more requirements listed below. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $59,000-$61,000/year 
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
  • Located in Houston, Texas 77061
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manages price structures and discounts in Salesforce consistent with account volumes, operating income goals, and customer assignments
  • Interfaces with outside sales, customers, and branch staff to discuss open orders, inventory, pricing, availability, and delivery of products
  • Communicates any changes on open orders and potential new orders to the Manufacturing, Inside Sales, and Outside Sales teams
  • Participates in resolving customer concerns and follows-up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develops and manage daily pricing strategy to work with sales personnel in administering contracts, project bids, and MRO agreements
  • Stays informed of new markets, products, services, warranties, competition, regulations, and other general information related to current sales trends
  • Reviews new sales leads & bids and reports results to Inside Sales Manager or Branch Manager
  • Communicates customer sales, concerns, and requirements to Outside Sales team
  • Consults with engineering and quality staff on regulation requirements or design changes
  • Prices all RFQ opportunities
  • Coordinates all purchased products with vendors and purchasing department
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Must know how to operate ERP systems with a preference to Salesforce to be able to review new job bids and leads
  • Must know how to operate Microsoft Software to be able to maintain consistent communication with customers
  • Strong understanding of business ethics
  • Ability to learn all Lamons’ and competing products
  • Knowledge of competitive landscape
  • Ability to learn production processes and flow of product
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge in math conversions and measurements for product dimensions
  • Required: High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field
  • Required: 3 years of previous Sales or Customer Service experience
  • Preferred: 4 years’ experience as an Inside Sales Representative in the PetroChemical, PVF, Renewable, Distribution, or Manufacturing industry
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
