Position: Inventory Control Auditor

Location: Lebanon, IN

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

Pay Rate: $21/hour

Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain Optimal Inventory Integrity:

Ensure that our inventory is in top-notch shape! Investigate and resolve all warehouse inventory discrepancies and adjustments, making sure everything is in its rightful place.

Scrap Orders and Cycle Count Process:

Be the maestro of scrap orders and cycle count processes. Enforce internal/external auditing criteria and keep our inventory processes finely tuned.

Assign and Investigate:

Flex your independence! Assign warehouse associates to inventory count assignments and investigate all cycle count discrepancies with finesse.

Part Inspections Collaboration:

Teamwork makes the dream work! Work collaboratively with other departments to conduct part inspections and maintain a seamless flow of operations.

Immediate Corrective Action:

Be the superhero of corrections! Perform immediate corrective action after an audit, ensuring our inventory is always on point.

Audit Trails and Root Cause Analysis:

Dive into the details! Keep a close eye on audit trails and daily transactions, conducting root cause analysis to keep our processes shipshape.

Team Leadership:

Take the lead! Direct, train, motivate, and coach warehouse associates on proper inventory procedures. Be the guiding force that keeps our team on top of their game.

Regulatory Compliance:

Dotting the i's and crossing the t's! Perform inventory activities aligned with governmental and regulatory requirements to ensure everything is up to standard.

Efficiency is Key:

Keep the wheels turning! Ensure timely and efficient inventory processes are continuously in place, making sure we're always ahead of the game.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel

  • Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) software

  • Basic proficiency with Oracle System activities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Associate Degree or equivalent preferred
