HIRING IMMEDIATELY: HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR
Location: Franklin, IN
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager

You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our hourly associates, helping to shape a positive and engaging workplace culture. Pay & Schedule
  • Ranging from $48,000 - $52,000/year
  • Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision
  • Monday-Friday 8 hour shift (overtime available)
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage HR mail, email, phone line, and suggestion box
  • Create and maintain internal job postings, memos, announcements, and meeting documentation
  • Keep the HR calendar updated with key dates, events, and team schedules
  • Upload weekly payroll and HR data across multiple systems
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in employee records and reporting
  • Log and respond to employee inquiries with professionalism and care
  • Translate documents from Spanish to English
  • Assist with investigations, performance management, and disciplinary actions under guidance
  • Help plan and execute employee engagement events, recognition programs, and celebrations
  • Schedule and document monthly focus groups and action plans
  • Maintain onboarding and termination documentation
  • Partner with Payroll, Benefits, and Corporate HR to ensure compliance and support audits
  • Assist with new hire and open enrollment processes
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve benefit-related questions
  • General HR Support
  • Jump in on special projects and provide support wherever needed
  • Be a reliable, professional presence for associates and leadership alike
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Associate degree or 1+ years of college in HR or related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
  • Strong computer skills, including HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with spreadsheets, reports, and data accuracy
  • Discretion and professionalism with confidential information
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and stressful situations
  • Initiative and problem-solving mindset
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Flexibility to work occasional overtime, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency and follow-through
  • Courteous and approachable demeanor as you're the face of HR for many of our team members
