Duties and Responsibilities
Execute customer requests for transportation via the most efficient and cost effective manner while providing the highest level of service
Serve as a front line representative of our client
Demonstrate a commitment to providing the highest level of service to our clients
Ensure fair business practices with each of our vendors
Act as the interface between the client and vendor
Accountable to develop and maintain the most cost effective and efficient logistics platform to maximize profitability and customer savings
Requirements and Qualifications
Needs to demonstrate the ability to service on-demand as well as scheduled or routed work
High School Graduate/Diploma
2-3 years experience in Warehouse Inventory control
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required
Excellent customer service skills
Must be well organized and able to communicate effectively
