Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Maintenance Electro Mechanic to join our team in Waco, TX. This individual will be responsible for installing and repairing production equipment.The ideal candidate will have previous maintenance mechanic experience. Pay, Schedule, Location
- Starting at $28 - $32/hour, paid weekly
- 7 am - 4 pm, Monday - Friday (occasional Saturdays)
- Located in Waco, TX 76712
Duties and Responsibilities
- Installs, repairs, and maintains production machinery and mechanical equipment by troubleshooting
- Ability to communicate with leadership foreseeable problems
- Complete maintenance work orders in a timely manner documenting parts used, completion time and description of work performed
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment by adhering to procedures, rules, and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tools and materials inventory
Requirements and Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience working in a manufacturing maintenance setting
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and troubleshoot challenges effectively
- Read electrical schematics, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and pneumatic problems
- Operate machinery and technical equipment
- Physical capability to lift and move heavy equipment
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
