Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Setup Technician to join our client in Crystal Lake, IL. This individual will be responsible for setting up new molds, installing water lines, ensuring proper length knock-out rods, hooking up electrical, and installing chutes and conveyors if needed. Pay, Schedule, and Location

  • Starting at $16/hour, paid weekly

  • Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision

  • 2nd shift: 3 pm to 11:20 pm

  • Located in Crystal Lake, IL

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Remove existing mold from the press, if necessary.

  • Set up new mold, install water lines, ensure proper length knock-out rods, hook up electrical, and install chute and conveyor if needed.

  • Set molding condition parameters, using the cycle book.

  • Fill out the set-up checklist and file it in the cycle book.

  • Maintain adequate quantity of set-up supplies, such as water hoses, water fittings, etc.

  • Maintain space equipment storage and set-up areas.

  • Abide by established housekeeping procedures.

  • Report all equipment, that does not appear to be operating safely, to your supervisor.
