This individual will be responsible for setting up new molds, installing water lines, ensuring proper length knock-out rods, hooking up electrical, and installing chutes and conveyors if needed. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $16/hour, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
2nd shift: 3 pm to 11:20 pm
Located in Crystal Lake, IL
Duties and Responsibilities
Remove existing mold from the press, if necessary.
Set up new mold, install water lines, ensure proper length knock-out rods, hook up electrical, and install chute and conveyor if needed.
Set molding condition parameters, using the cycle book.
Fill out the set-up checklist and file it in the cycle book.
Maintain adequate quantity of set-up supplies, such as water hoses, water fittings, etc.
Maintain space equipment storage and set-up areas.
Abide by established housekeeping procedures.
Report all equipment, that does not appear to be operating safely, to your supervisor.
