Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Spray Painter to join our client in Crystal Lake, IL. This individual will be responsible for a variety of tasks in association with powder coating and/or liquid painting parts. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $16/hour, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
Monday through Friday, 6 am to 2:30 pm
Located in Crystal Lake, IL
Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare components and move them into position in the paint booth
Lift components onto the overhead conveyor system
Powder coats a variety of parts and components
Visually or mechanically inspect products to ensure customer specifications are met or exceeded
Sand and/or repaint parts and components when needed
Make quality assurance decisions within the parameters and sort any defective product
Communicate all problems and work-related issues with the supervisor
Requirements and Qualifications
Visual and auditory acuity to perform essential functions of the position
Consistently reposition self to maintain productivity levels of work assignment
Ability to remain stationary as well as move about the facility to accomplish tasks
Sufficient manual dexterity for the operation of power tools, and equipment
Ability to frequently exert physical force to push, pull, lift or carry 70lbs
Ability to meet the physical, mental and environmental demands of the job
