HIRING IMMEDIATELY: SR OPERATIONS MANAGER IN LINCOLNWOOD, IL

This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and production operations. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $50,000 to $60,000/annual, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
1st shift schedule: 8 am to 4:30 pm
Located in Lincolnwood, IL
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse and production operations
Manage machinery and equipment upkeep
Provide client support and direct client communications for all projects
Provide quotes for all new projects and participate in data gathering to support accurate quoting
Time study for quoting accuracy
Identify all needed to be purchased or rented equipment and supplies
Inventory management and reporting, including damage reporting
Analyze, recommend, and where needed execute warehouse procedures
Work to determine the operational flow of the warehouse based on processing efficiencies
Oversee purchasing and vendor liaison on behalf of clients
Work with Accounting for purchasing
Provide training, supervisory, and interviewing support for warehouse staff and temp agencies
Prepare daily productivity and weekly productivity summary reporting per client
Communicate with management about production quotas, inventory, and labor needs
Requirements and Qualifications
Must be a strong team player with excellent communication skills
Bilingual in Spanish and English is required
Computer skills including Word, Excel, Inventory management systems, and UPS WorldShip
Forklift certification is preferred (or relevant experience)
Ability to lift 25 lbs routinely
Ability to motivate workers to achieve production quotas.
