HIRING IMMEDIATELY: TSP OPERATOR IN SUFFOLK, VA
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a TSP Operator to join our client in Suffolk, VA. This individual will be responsible for operating turret trucks to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. Pay, Schedule, Location
- Starting at $21/hour, paid weekly
- 2:30 pm - 11 pm and 8/9 am - 4:30/5:30 pm
- Location in Suffolk, VA
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate turret trucks to transport products to and from designated areas in the warehouse
- Use the turret truck to lift, move, and place products at various heights within the warehouse racking system
- Perform pre-operational checks on the turret truck to ensure safety and functionality
- Accurately pick, store, and organize products according to the company's inventory management system
- Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories as required
- Ensure products are properly labeled and stored in the correct locations
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to OSHA regulations and food safety standards
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks to ensure the correct products are handled and stored
- Work efficiently to meet productivity goals and deadlines
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience working in a refrigerated or frozen warehouse environment
- Work collaboratively with other warehouse staff to complete daily tasks and meet operational goals
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding inventory levels, product issues, and operational needs
