HIRING IMMEDIATELY: ACCOUNT MANAGER IN WHEELING, IL
We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Wheeling, IL. The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by identifying and acquiring new customers, supporting existing customers, managing pricing and quoting, documenting activities in Salesforce.com, and nurturing relationships to ensure repeat business. The ratio of new business vs. existing business development focus can be adjusted to best position the candidate for success.
Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $80,000/yearly

Monday through Friday from 8 am-5 pm
Located in Wheeling, IL
Duties and Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
Develop and implement effective actions to acquire new customers and promote our services.
Update pricing based on design changes, materials impacts and new project requests.
Work closely with internal teams to determine appropriate pricing for products and services.
Prepare accurate and compelling quotes for prospective and existing customers.
Record and track all sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce.
Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of customer communications, proposals, and agreements.
Build strong and lasting relationships with customers to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.
Understand customer needs and effectively communicate their requirements to the production and engineering teams.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Demonstrated success in sales, account management, or a related role.
Knowledge of metal fabrication or a related industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Salesforce familiarity is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Results-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
