This individual will be responsible for maintaining and tracking documents related to assigned loads to carriers and their agreed rates and fees to the customer. Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $16.60/hour, paid weekly
- 7am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday
- Location in Minooka, IL
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain and track documents related to assigned loads to carriers and their agreed rates and fees to the customer
- Tracking of cost savings of current lanes
- Tracking of cost of all newly on-boarded vendors by lane
- Audit Truck mate and report discrepancies
- Pulling reports from TMW for various task
- Support of projects
- PO tracking using the portal
- Supports tracking of financial reporting for multiple warehouses
- Supports in impact planning to the supply chain network using Portal, Gold and TMW
Requirements and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of accounting experience
- Experience with transportation management systems (Truck Mate) a plus
- Good organizational skills
- Strong sense of team work
- Able to adhere to strict deadlines
- Strong computer skills required; excellent with Excel and all Microsoft Office Automation
