Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Accounting Clerk to join our client in Bloomfield, CT. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for scanning product invoices on a daily basis and providing the accounting analyst with daily volume. Accounting Clerk Pay, Schedule, and Location

  • Starting at $16/hour, paid weekly

  • Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k)

  • 1st shift schedule, full time

  • Hiring immediately in Bloomfield, CT

Accounting Clerk Duties and Responsibilities

  • Scan product invoices on a daily basis

  • Provide Accounting Analysts with daily volume

  • Obtain daily fill rate and cycle count information

  • Oversee that the purchase order procedure is followed

  • Review staffing agency invoices

  • Other duties as assigned

Accounting Clerk Requirements and Qualifications

  • Basic administrative skills

  • Excel proficiency is needed

  • Previous accounting experience is preferred

  • Preferably an associate degree in accounting, business, or a related field
