Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our client in Chicago, IL. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for daily accounts receivable, invoicing, and quality control scanning. Accounts Receivable Clerk Pay, Schedule, and Location

  • Starting at $18/hour, paid weekly

  • Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision

  • Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4 pm

  • Located in Chicago, IL

Accounts Receivable Clerk Duties and Responsibilities

  • Copy and post payments

  • Match payments with invoices/credit memos

  • Distribute backup for route deductions to salesmen

  • Maintain various spreadsheets

  • Other duties as needed

Accounts Receivable Clerk Requirements and Qualifications

  • Good organizational skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Previous experience in accounting

  • Accounts receivable and accounts payable

  • Must be bilingual
