Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Bag Machine Operator 2nd Shift to join our client in Brookshire, TX 77423. This individual will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of industrial machinery. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 - 3 years of industrial mechanic experience. Pay, Schedule, Location
- Ranging from $15.95/hour, paid weekly
- 3 pm - 11 pm, Monday - Friday, with occasional weekends and overtime as needed
- Location in Brookshire, TX 77423
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders and using basic electrical systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues, isolating causes, industrial machines and implementing solutions along with the use of hand and power tools
- Move around large machinery and visually inspect equipment regularly
- Communicate effectively with plant leadership and line workers
- Maintain attendance, reliability, and compliance with safety procedures
- Complete required training and follow safety protocols diligently
Requirements and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 – 3 years of industrial mechanic experience (preferably in food or production manufacturing)
- Vocational or community college coursework in a related field (preferred)
- Strong mechanical skills with hand and power tools
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
- Bend, stretch, push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs as needed for maintenance tasks
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Adaptable, dependable, detail-oriented, autonomous, and stress-tolerant
- Willing to work overtime and weekends when required
- Able to work in the United States
