Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to join our client in Hialeah Gardens, FL. This individual will be responsible for handling long established Wholesale/Distributors accounts with its purchasing managers, owners, and with our inter office departments. The ideal candidate will ensure that these products are delivered on time, to the proper destination, in the quantity ordered, and with the agreed upon quality standards to be consistent with the expectations of the company and our customers. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Ranging at $22.00/hour

  • Located in Hialeah Gardens, FL
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Reports to the Sales Manager
  • Provide expertise and support regarding pricing, quoting, credit terms, orders, and many other sales support and account management functions
  • Compile lists of prospective/target customers (Distribution/End-Users) for use as sales leads, based on information from business directories and publications, industry ads, trade shows, Internet Websites, and other prospecting sources, including job site surveillance
  • Schedule account meetings, Sales update meetings, and any other meetings as required. Meetings must be conducted in a professional manner that includes written agendas, PowerPoint presentations, and sales figures, etc
  • Ensuring superior customer service is delivered at all times to all customers both external and internal
  • Must have 2-3 years of customer SALES/Customer service experience. The position will start as a temporary (40 hrs/week) role under a temporary assignment and will move to a Permanent position after the probation period of approximately 4-5 months after completion
  • A person must be able to keep up with the daily KPIs set forth for the department (orders, returns credits, coop claims, etc.)
  • This role will expose key individuals to most business principles (Supply Chain, Customer Relations Management (CRM), Accounting, International Business and Inside Sales)
  • Must be able to work on a computer for 8 hours a day while answering 100’s of emails, phones calls 
  • MUST HAVE intermediate to expert understanding of Microsoft systems (Excel, Outlook, Access, Word, etc.)
  • Will be trained to create / review various reports in order to improve the management of our customers both internal and external
  • Will be cross-trained on various facets of the Admin Team (Accounting, Marketing, invoices, mail machine operations, reception coverage, office supplies ordering, conference calls/ meeting arrangements, etc…)
  • This position requires the ability to execute data entry of sales orders, coop claims, and returns credits from customers both internal and external. 
  • This position also requires the customer service rep to execute a great deal of follow up with the customers and sales reps
  • Position will also require the individual to work on special projects with other departments, such as Marketing, Accounting and Customer Service
  • Experience operating in an EDI environment is a plus, as well as experience having worked on e-commerce projects
  • Ensure that all transactions that affect the branch inventory and accounts receivable are processed accurately
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A college degree is a plus. High School diploma is required
  • Must be able to multi-task and have strong problem-solving and analytical skills coupled with the ability to think on your feet
  • This position requires individuals to sit for intermittent periods of time. May require light lifting, bending, stooping or reaching
  • Overtime working is required
  • Must have a demonstrated record of team development and leadership
  • Must have a keen eye for detail, a commitment to accuracy and possess exceptional organizational skills.
  • Must have a strong work ethic
  • A positive attitude, a friendly personality and a passion for working with people. Outstanding communication skills 
  • Individuals must be diplomatic, patient, and a good listener
  • The ability to work in high-pressure situations in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong computer skills, including the ability to master new systems and to enter data quickly and accurately.
  • Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word experience is required
  • Must be able to speak and write Spanish and English, Portuguese a Plus
  • Experience with SAGE, ALTEC, ASCI and/or other customer planning systems is a plus
  • Proactively accepts additional duties and/or responsibilities as directed by the Sales Manager
  • Must be able to understand export Bonded/NonBonded Procedures and Responsible for streamlining outbound freight/ Manage the operation to ensure timely delivery via Ocean/Land/Air
  • Manage organizational goals by considering in time, budget and Business Unit objectives
  • Must be able to speak and write Spanish and English, Portuguese a Plus
  • Must be detailed oriented and willing to show work performance
  • Must be willing to travel up to 30% of the time
  • Experience within the power tool industry is preferred, but not required
