This individual will be responsible for recruiting and sourcing candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $55,000 to $64,000/yearly, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Located in Franklin, IN
Duties and Responsibilities
Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
Perform reference checks, criminal background checks and drug tests as needed
Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
Manage onboarding and new hire process
Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection are done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications
Be willing to work or travel to the South-East side of Indianapolis
Must be Bilingual
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
Excellent organizational and time management skills
3-5 years of recruiting experience preferred
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
