HIRING IMMEDIATELY: CNC MACHINE OPERATOR IN ALLENTOWN, PA
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a CNC Machine Operator to join our client in Allentown, PA. This individual will be responsible for completing a variety of production related tasks on a daily basis, playing a pivotal role in our manufacturing process. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $23 to $30/hour, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
7 am to 3:30 pm or 3:30 pm to 12 am
Located in Allentown, PA
Duties and Responsibilities
Load/unload parts into CNC machining centers and/or CN lathes
Record daily production in ERP System and on production boards
Perform first piece and in-process inspections using manual gages and CMM’s
Operates and observes machines to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance issues
Communicate with production manager, engineering, quality, and/or team leader on any production issues
Perform daily preventative maintenance on equipment, such as coolant flushes, cleaning equipment, etc
May be required to operate a forklift in a safe manner according to company procedures
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience operating CNC Machines (Lathes, Mills, and/or Robots)
Must be able to operate multiple CNC machines and/or robots simultaneously
Ability to change tools and update offsets without assistance is a must
May be required to complete changeovers
Understands blueprints and basic GD&T. Must be able to read gauges and interpret CMM printouts
Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 quality/environmental standards is a plus
Experience with using SPC and automation is a plus
Knowledge of HAAS, Okuma, and Fanuc controls is a plus
