HIRING IMMEDIATELY: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE IN BAYTOWN, TX
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Baytown, TX. This individual will be responsible for efficiently processing customer orders received through various channels, and reviewing paperwork associated with orders for accuracy and completeness. Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $18 to $20/hour
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
- Located in Baytown, TX
Duties and Responsibilities
- Efficiently process customer orders received through various channels
- Review paperwork associated with orders for accuracy and completeness
- Follow up promptly on any discrepancies or missing information
- Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Collaborate on inventory status, product availability, and any special requirements for cold storage
- Manage heavy email and phone call volume professionally and efficiently
- Follow up with internal and external customers in a timely manner
- Regularly audit systems and/or reports to identify and address any discrepancies
- Take corrective actions to maintain order accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Work effectively as part of a team and independently as needed
Requirements and Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft programs (e.g., Excel, Word)
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Minimum 1 year of logistics experience
- Minimum 1 year of data entry experience
- Possess excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment with accuracy and attention to detail
