This individual will be responsible for assisting customers/clients over the phone and through email on their accounts and any questions they may have, handling inbound and outbound calls daily to keep and improve the business and relationships with the customers. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $21 to $22/hour, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Located in Doral, FL
Duties and responsibilities
Build Effective business relationships with customers.
Responsible for the process of order entry, back orders, direct containers, claims, and returns for customers.
Resolve situations in the best interest of both consumer and company in accordance with policies and procedures by using judgment, creative thinking, and consumer-centricity
Follow up on orders and back orders.
Educate customers about the terminology, features, and benefits of products in order to improve product-related sales and customer satisfaction.
Fill requests for samples, marketing materials, or any additional information requested
Collaborate with staff across the organization to accomplish company and personal goals.
Manage time effectively, meet personal goals, and work effectively with other members of the team
Present a professional image at all times to customers and collaborators
Maintain proficiency in using personal computer, data entry, and other common office equipment and software
Follow company policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast-changing environment
Interior Design interest
Excellent customer service
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
2+ years of experience in cold-calling sales with a strong track record of success
Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual English/ Spanish is a plus
Experience in the Bathroom industry
Driven, with a positive attitude
Creative and solution-focused problem solver
Effective time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills
Good team player with a high sense of empathy
Ability to work well under pressure
Able to work in a multicultural fast-paced environment
Flexibility and willingness to work on any other duties or projects not otherwise specified in the job description
