HIRING IMMEDIATELY: ELECTRO-MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER IN EASTON, PA
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our client in Easton, PA! This role is ideal for technically skilled individuals with experience in assembling, troubleshooting, and maintaining electro-mechanical systems in a manufacturing environment.
Pay, Schedule, and Location:
  • Pay Rate: $19/hour, paid weekly
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • Location: Easton, PA
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Install, test, and maintain automated and computer-controlled mechanical systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, and mechanical components.
  • Operate machines and robotic equipment to make or repair parts.
  • Calibrate assemblies and conduct tests to ensure proper function and quality standards.
  • Record accurate test results and maintenance activities for reports.
  • Support Production Supervisor and Associates in the setup, execution, and close-out of manufacturing orders while completing related documentation according to batch production records, SOPs, and customer specifications.
  • Lead production associates on packaging lines to ensure quality, pace, and safety compliance.
  • Build and troubleshoot subassemblies and machine-level assemblies during functional testing as needed.
  • Use multimeters, standard test equipment, and hand tools (cutters, strippers, crimpers).
  • Program software and activate equipment on company and provider networks.
  • Monitor component supply to the production line to prevent downtime and maintain production pace.
  • Ensure all materials added to the line are properly documented with item and lot numbers and verified for expiration.
  • Inspect work of team members to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 4+ years of experience in a technical manufacturing or continuous improvement environment.
  • Extensive experience assembling products or subassemblies with multiple printed circuit boards.
  • Knowledge of production procedures and proper use of hand tools and soldering equipment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electro-mechanical systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to follow batch production records, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
