Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Foreman to join our client in Woodstock, IL. This individual will be responsible for directing the activities of the set-up man and checking that work was done correctly, as well as setting machine controls, and starting up jobs to required quality standards. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $20/hour, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
2nd shift schedule: Monday through Friday, 3 pm to 11:20 pm
Located in Woodstock, IL
Duties and Responsibilities
Direct activities of set-up man and check that work was done correctly
Set machine controls, and start-up jobs to required quality standards and tolerances
Ensure that all quality standards of products are met
Trouble-shoot equipment and ensure tools are working properly
Instruction and supervision of employees to determine if parts are being inspected correctly.
Prepare production reports and set up sheets
Observe safety practices and maintain good house-keeping standards
Report all equipment, that does not appear to be operating safely, to the Maintenance Manager or your supervisor
Requirements and Qualifications
3 years of experience with injection molding
2 years of hands-on experience with press operators
Basic computer skills are beneficial
Bilingual abilities (English and Spanish) are preferred
Must be capable of machine set-up when needed and be familiar with multiple machines
Must have knowledge of the proper material to be used
Must be able to determine and correct the problem when bad parts are produced
