Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Fulfillment Team Lead to join our client in Bolingbrook, IL. This individual will be responsible for maintaining inventory to fulfill pick lists and ensure orders are met in a timely manner. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $20/hour, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
Monday through Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm
Located in Bolingbrook, IL
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain inventory to ensure that pick lists and orders are met in a timely manner
Monitor picking lists on a daily basis as it relates to the production schedule
Assist in reporting quantity variances to the site supervisor
Provide metrics for the number of daily lists and tracking of on-time deliveries
Minimize error rates and shortages throughout operations
Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
2 years minimum of supervisory experience in distribution, inventory, or picking
3PL or fulfillment experience is ideal
Valid forklift certification is preferred
