Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a General Labor Associate to join our client in Fairland, IN. This individual will be responsible for assembling and inspect shower walls during the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have previous general labor experience. Pay, Schedule, Location
- Starting at $18/hour, paid weekly
- 5 am-3:30 pm (Monday - Thursday), 5:30 am - 4 pm (Fridays)
- Located in Fairland, IN
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Assemble and inspect shower walls during the manufacturing process
- Ensure quality control by checking for defects and ensuring specifications are met
- Assist in packaging finished products for shipping
- Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the supervisor
- Meet production targets and deadlines while maintaining quality standards
Requirements and Qualifications
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50lbs pounds
- Manual dexterity for handling machinery and components
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise and varying temperatures
