Position: HR Admin
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm
Pay Rate: $20 to $24/hour (Depending on experience)
Location: Melrose Park, IL
Responsibilities:
Staffing Support: Assist with the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding.
Administrative Wizardry: Manage a variety of HR administrative tasks with finesse, including data entry, filing, and maintaining employee records.
Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a harmonious work environment.
Benefits Administration: Support the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans.
Compliance Champion: Stay up-to-date on HR laws and regulations, ensuring that our practices align with the latest standards.
Qualifications:
HR Enthusiast: Passion for HR and a solid understanding of HR principles.
Organization Prodigy: Impeccable organizational skills with an eye for detail.
Communication Guru: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
