HIRING IMMEDIATELY: HR ASSISTANT IN ELK GROVE VILLAGE, IL
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an HR Assistant to join our client in Elk Grove Village, IL. This position will be working under the supervision of the HR Manager, this person will assist in the recruiting and onboarding of all seasonal temporary production workers by compiling all necessary paperwork, time recording, inputting new hire data in AoD, and maintaining confidentiality for all information in HR production employee files. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $22/hour, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
1st shift schedule: 8 am to 5 pm
Located in Elk Grove Village, IL
Duties and Responsibilities
Review GMPs, safety rules, and various procedures for all new hires ensuring their understanding
Attend daily and weekly meetings or as requested
Address employee issues and concerns with the Production Manager and Human Resources Manager
Recruit and assist applicants with applications for seasonal production employees
Contact the staffing agency to confirm the start date and times when applicants are needed to start work.
Review with an agency that all required forms have been completed and request signed acknowledgments
Produce employee absence reports daily
View and compare weekly hours from the agency every Monday morning.
Requirements and Qualifications
Must have experience in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Over 3 years of office experience in HR
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
1-2 yrs experience in ADP WFN
