This individual will be responsible for supporting the open-door policy, including investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management. Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $85,000/annually
- Excellent benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO
- 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday some Saturdays, occasional evenings
- Located in Franklin, IN
Duties and Responsibilities
- Leads associate retention efforts with Operations leaders, including building trust with associates and leaders, creating action plans around associate feedback, ensure associate data is clean and accurate, analyzing data and reporting and share insights with HR and site leaders, conducting exit interviews, coaching leaders and associates, supporting change management initiatives, ensuring communication is getting to all associates, and providing feedback and guidance to operations leaders
- Subject matter expert in all HR policies and procedures
- Ensure all leaders and associates are compliant. Address issues immediately when identifying non-compliance
- Provides guidance and support to leaders and associates to resolve workplace conflicts and ensure a positive work environment. Primary contact for associate investigations
- Lead thorough investigations with a sense of urgency, paying attention to details and accuracy
- Plans, organizes, and implements HR initiatives to enhance associate engagement and retention, such as recognition programs, associate surveys, focus groups, and career development opportunities
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
- Leads initiatives for community involvement. Plans, organizes and executes community volunteering events in partnership with the Sr HRM and site leadership team
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
- 3+ years of progressive experience in human resources, with a focus on associate relations and investigations, associate engagement, hiring process, performance management, data analytics and reporting, and HR compliance
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
- SHRM certification or acquire with 1-2 years of employment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and policies
