This individual will be responsible for completing billing verification, weekly KPI Reports, and month end reports and accruals. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $48,000 to $50,000/yearly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
Full time schedule, 8 hour shifts
Located in Bloomfield, CT
Duties and Responsibilities
Complete billing verification, weekly KPI Reports, and month end reports and accruals
Verify carrier rates in TruckMate
Verify the 3-way matching of carrier invoices
Give guidance and supervision to Billing Specialists
Set invoices up for approval and payment Reconciliation of payments
Monitor and reconcile Carrier Aging Statements
Resolve invoice discrepancies and billing issues with carriers
Support budget and forecasting activities
Review agency staffing invoices
Requirements and Qualifications
Requires 2-4 years of work experience
Requires 6 months experience with TruckMate
Requires 6 months experience with SAP
Good organizational skills
Excellent skills in written and verbal communication
Sense of teamwork and ability to adhere to strict deadlines
Strong computer skills required; excellent with SAP, Excel, and MS Office
