HIRING IMMEDIATELY: MACHINE OPERATOR - EARN $19.50/HOUR
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in a production facility. The Machine Operator will be responsible for serving as a press operator in a fast-paced, covered, and uncovered manufacturing environment while producing mats. The ideal Machine Operator candidate will be able to perform preventive maintenance, set up production machinery, and ensure proper machine performance making a quality product for our customers. Machine Operator Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $19.50/hour, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
Monday through Friday, 11 pm to 7:30 am
Located in Bolingbrook, IL
Machine Operator Duties and Responsibilities
Operate machine presses to product mats
Cutting and scoring mats to finish products
Read gauges, change settings, move levers, shift gears, and depress pedals to operate equipment
Use touchpads and computerized equipment to program automated machinery
Set stops or guides to specific lengths as indicated by scale, rule, or templates
Perform some routine maintenance of production equipment
Machine Operator Requirements and Qualifications
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
High school diploma or GED is a plus
Able to stand, walk, sit, bend, and climb throughout the workday
Working knowledge of safety principles
Able to perform job tasks in sometimes dusty, hot, and/or cold working conditions
