HIRING IMMEDIATELY: MACHINE OPERATOR IN HEBRON, IL
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Machine Operator to join our client in Hebron, IL. This individual will be responsible for completing line clearance and set-up activities. The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing experience. Apply online and kick-start your career today!
Pay, Schedule, and Location
Ranging at $16.65 - $18.65/hour
1st shift: 8am - 4pm
2nd shift: 4pm -12am
3rd shift: 12am - 8am
Located in Hebron, IL
Duties and Responsibilities
Establish process for proper set-up of production jobs
A Shop Order will be printed
A Control Plan will be printed
Pick List is given to the Material Handler
Technician sets up job and notifies Inspector when ready to run
Technician completes line clearance and set-up activities
Inspector checks parts to control plan
Job is released if first piece is approved
Parts are released when necessary documentation is complete
Establish procedure to ensure parts are made per established processes
Shop order is created, line is clear of other materials and mold is set up
Material is retrieved Quality receives screen
Machine is cycled to make shots and establish parameters (changes must be documented and permanent changes must be approved)
At any start-up, enough cycles must be processed to ensure parts consistently meet spec
QC inspects first shots and audits
The operator inspects and packages per requirements
Quality conducts final audit then product is packaged in final packaging
Requirements and Qualifications
Previous manufacturing experience required
Good communication skills
Able to work in a team environment
Comfortable working in a warehouse
