HIRING IMMEDIATELY: MAINTENANCE MECHANIC IN BROOKSHIRE, TX

Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Pay rate: $25-$35
- 1st shift 7am-3pm, Monday- Friday
- Must be flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed (OT on Saturday will only be 10-2 when needed).

Duties and Responsibilities
- Understand and follow all workplace safety regulations.
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on industrial machines using hand and power tools.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues, including those involving hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as basic electrical components.
- Conduct visual inspections and physical tasks like bending, stretching, pushing, and pulling to service machinery.
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with plant leadership and line workers.
- Show a commitment to continuous learning and skill development.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- At least 2-3 years of experience as an Industrial Mechanic, preferably in a food or production manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English.
- Prior experience using various power tools.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to spend long shifts on your feet and maneuver around large equipment.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Some vocational or community college coursework is preferred, but not required.
