Pay, Schedule, and Location:
- Starting at $25 to $27/hour, paid weekly
- Monday through Friday, 1st shift (8:00 am – 5:00 pm)
- Located in Joliet, IL
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, machinery, and facility systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical or electrical issues to minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records
- Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance
- Ensure work meets all safety and compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and operational efficiency
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or related field
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with welding, electrical systems, or HVAC preferred
- Certifications in maintenance or related fields a plus
